This postcard shows Jahan Numa Garden in Khulm district, Balkh Province in the north of Afghanistan. It was built between 1890-92 by King Ameer Abdur Rahman Khan.This is my very first postcard sent from Afghanistan and was mailed from Kandahar by US army post. I very much thank to my dear relative Slavko who is on mission in Afghanistan and was thinking at me during his stay there.
