Hong Kong

The international Dragon-Boat Races take place each year in the Tuen Ng festival which commemorates Chu Yuan, an official and poet who drowned himself two thousands years ago in protest at official corruption. These days the Races are hotly contested in sweltering conditions by hugely fit crews from Hong Kong and overseas.
Thanks to Shelley for sending it to me and for wonderful stamps put on the card.
